Workshops & Retreats
Put the principles
to work.
A workshop gives leaders time to examine a real situation, hear other perspectives, and decide what to do next. MPLI sessions combine facilitated discussion with structured exercises and a practical action plan.
The SELFLESS Power Workshop
Participants bring an appropriate leadership decision or work through a prepared scenario. The intended takeaways are a completed decision review, a clearer understanding of where judgment may be compromised, and a personal 30-day action plan.

The SELFLESS Power Workshop
Apply the eight-point SELFLESS model to a real decision. Participants complete a structured review and identify a practical correction.
Truth, Race, Record, and Authority Under Pressure
Examine formal and informal power, racial fairness, record integrity, institutional behavior, and moral courage. Participants develop a 30-day correction plan.
Power, Trust, and Institutional Repair
Map how authority operates, examine trust breakdowns, develop a leadership code, and build a 30-day correction and 90-day repair plan. A retreat plus 90-day advisory option is available.
The Moral Power Leadership Cohort
Work through one real leadership situation over time. Participants build a Moral Power Leadership Portfolio, a 30-day correction plan, and a personal moral power code. Seven- and eight-session extensions add authority defense and institutional repair.
Faith Leadership
Connect responsible authority with stewardship, truth, accountability, and repair. Work with the host’s leadership to adapt the material to its tradition and responsibilities.
Masonic Leadership
Connect the public principles of the Craft with the practical use of authority, fairness, governance, and service. Adapt examples to the host body and jurisdiction.
