Power, Trust, and Institutional Repair
When people are unclear about who decides, how concerns are heard, or what happens after a commitment is made, trust can erode.
MPLI helps leadership teams examine the problem and agree on specific changes they can carry out. Each engagement begins with a defined scope, deliverables, timetable, and fee.
Leadership Briefing and Diagnostic
A focused briefing and SELFLESS assessment with a written summary of priorities and next steps.
Institutional Power Audit
Structured conversations, record and decision-process review, a map of formal and informal authority, and a findings report within an agreed scope.
Governance Equilibrium Audit
Use the Broken Checks and Balances Audit to examine whether oversight can act effectively and in time. Produce an improvement plan with responsibilities and deadlines.
Legitimate-Power Defense and Repair
Use the L.E.G.I.T.I.M.A.T.E. framework to examine whether authority is being undermined, test concerns against evidence, and develop a stabilization and repair plan.
Crisis-of-Trust Advisory
Ongoing leadership guidance during conflict, including priorities for correction, communication, and rebuilding trust.
Repair Partnership
Combine assessment, a leadership retreat, and implementation support around a 90-day plan.
Executive Coaching
Individual work on moral courage, decision-making, the use of authority, and accountability.
How an engagement begins
Start with a conversation about the presenting problem, the sponsor, and the desired result. MPLI then proposes the scope and any confidentiality terms before work begins. Legal, financial, and investigative questions should be addressed by appropriately qualified professionals.
What the work produces
Depending on scope: a map of authority, a review of decision and record integrity, written findings, and a prioritized correction or repair plan with owners, milestones, and a review cadence.
